Stay up to date with what's going on in Pluvo. This roadmap shows what we're launching soon, what we're working on now and what's now live. Do you have any ideas or wishes for Pluvo? Let us know via info@pluvo.com.
We’re making it easier to filter offers and meetings by certificate, and to see where users can earn them — directly from their skills profile. You’ll also be able to manage certificates in the new front-end. On top of that, we’re adding skill dashboard presets: save your favorite filters, set thresholds, and track skill gaps across teams or individuals at a glance.
Managers, trainers and group managers will have more insight in what users do. Like daily visits to academy.
Accessibility isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s about to become a legal must. In 2025, many platforms in Europe (especially in education, healthcare and B2B SaaS) will need to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We’re starting with proper ARIA support and a broader accessibility check across the platform. Better access for everyone, and peace of mind for the future.
We’re making meetings smarter and more flexible. You’ll be able to assign trainers per session, track attendance with clear visual overviews, and even show participants publicly if you choose. Group limits get smarter too with waitlists kicking in when needed. And when users cancel, they can leave a reason and rejoin later if allowed. Simple tweaks, big improvements.
Make creating course modules smoother than ever with our new AI integration. Just add your content — whether it’s a few bullet points, a lesson outline or a document and our AI will help turn it into a complete course module, including titles, descriptions and structure. Fast, smart, and always editable.
We aim to create a clear and organized way to view notifications in the system, allowing users to stay informed about updates through an intuitive notification center.
The report exports contain a column with the email addresses of users.
Categories can now be made for offers and events, so they can be filtered on items.
Monitors the necessary skill sets for the appropriate job functions and take action when a user needs to update their skills.
We aim to make it more intuitive and user-friendly, thereby improving the user experience. This would involve refining the user interface and streamlining the navigation process, ensuring that users can conveniently access and utilize the platform's features.
The participants tab in the learning journey now gives access to a visual matrix, which indicates the learners’ progress in assignments, course modules and external modules and which indicates if certificates have been awarded.
We've added support for SCORM 1.2 en 2004. Integrate external e-learnings through SCORM without additional required services.
This feature makes it possible to send out a certificate connected to a live event or webinar and give access to videos and external e-learnings (SCORM) to subscribed participants!
It's easier to find important participant information. Click on a user in the participant list for details, and see for example their notification settings on their profile.
It is now possible to make use of an AFAS Single Sign-on. This makes logging in even more seamless.
