We chose Pluvo because it is very easy to create and manage training courses. It works intuitively, allowing us to quickly create new courses.
The biggest advantage is the overview it offers.
In Pluvo, you can see exactly who has completed which training and whether employees have passed a final test. This makes monitoring progress a lot easier than having a group in a classroom in front of you.
In addition, the use of this system is also much more flexible for the participants themselves. In Pluvo, we now offer our employees an extensive range of, mainly mandatory, training courses that ensure that our employees are optimally prepared to carry out their tasks safely and effectively. We cover basic knowledge such as food safety and HACCP as well as specialised topics, including technical service training and managing critical control points.
All training courses are offered online, giving employees the flexibility to learn at times that suit them best.
Although the emphasis is on training in Dutch, we also offer important courses such as HACCP in English, so that international colleagues can also learn optimally. These mandatory training courses are essential to meet the highest safety standards and ensure that our employees can continuously grow and develop, contributing to the overall quality and safety within our company.
We built all the training courses ourselves in Pluvo, which is very easy and organised. Every year, our employees repeat the same mandatory training courses. This ensures that the knowledge of our employees remains up to date and that everyone continuously has the right necessary knowledge and skills.
