Build with AI, from first draft to translation
The AI in Pluvo takes care of the groundwork. What goes in and what comes out is up to you.
Build e-learning modules straight from your favourite AI tool, such as Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT.
Translate your learning content into 30+ languages in one click, with no external tool or extra work.
Generate a complete e-learning module, including practice questions, from a single prompt.
A complete e-learning module from a single prompt
The learning content is often already there: a manual, a presentation, a trainer's notes. What's missing is the time to turn it into e-learning. Give Pluvo AI those documents, or describe what you want in a few sentences, and you get back a drafted course module with text, questions and assessment moments. From there you edit it yourself: cut, rewrite, add an example of your own.

Translate into 30+ languages in one click
An instruction in the local language for a crew that is half Polish or Romanian only half lands. Bringing in an external agency costs time and money, and every change means another round. In Pluvo you convert the same course module into more than 30 languages, with structure and formatting intact. Update the source version and you simply run the translation again.
Build from your own AI tool with Pluvo MCP
If you work with Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral every day, your documents and earlier prompts are already there. Moving them to another screen is copy-and-paste work. With the Pluvo MCP connection your AI tool talks directly to the learning platform: you ask for a module, the draft appears in Pluvo, and that's where you finish it with your colleagues.

In a short introductory call we show you how Pluvo AI helps you create, translate and generate e-learning faster. No strings attached. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you. What to expect:

Works with the tools you already use
Pluvo connects easily with other applications. Through Zapier you link Pluvo to more than 3,000 applications, or use our API for a custom integration. That way your participant list stays in sync with your HR system and you don't have to re-enter registrations by hand.

Frequently asked questions about Pluvo AI
Answers to the most common questions about creating, translating and generating e-learning with Pluvo AI.
What is the Pluvo MCP integration?
With MCP, an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat talks directly to your Pluvo academy. You ask it for a course module there and the setup appears in Pluvo, with no copying and pasting. You finish and publish it in Pluvo itself.
You need a Complete plan for this and edit rights on at least one course. Getting started with Pluvo MCP explains step by step how to set up the connection.
What can an AI assistant via MCP do and not do in my academy?
Yes: create lesson modules, add and reorder chapters, write and edit text, create questions such as multiple-choice, open-ended, and fill-in-the-blank, upload images, adjust the design, and translate a module.
No: enroll participants or view their progress, issue certificates, manage payment settings or subscriptions, set up email notifications, configure learning path conditions, or generate reports. The assistant cannot perform any action for which your own account lacks permissions.
The full list can be found in Getting started with Pluvo MCP.
How quickly can I set up an onboarding program?
With Pluvo's AI authoring tool, you can turn an existing document into an interactive training module in minutes. A complete onboarding program can be up and running within a few weeks. Our implementation team will assist with the setup.
Is the MCP connection secure?
The AI can only do what your account is allowed to do: no access to other academies and none to participant data. The connection runs via a secured URL tied to your academy.
You decide which assistant you connect and when you switch the connection off again. Everything that happens is visible in Pluvo, so you can see what was done and undo it. Only connect AI tools you trust.
You can read more about permissions and access in Getting started with Pluvo MCP.
Which AI tool should I connect?
Claude is the easiest to set up and runs the smoothest, but requires at least a Pro subscription. Mistral's Le Chat is free, fast, and GDPR-compliant, though it can be slightly less accurate with very large courses. ChatGPT is reliable from the Plus tier onwards, but requires confirmation for every adjustment.
Microsoft Copilot fits into a Microsoft 365 environment, but runs through Copilot Studio and requires an IT administrator. The comparison per tool can be found in Getting started with Pluvo MCP; for the Microsoft route, see Connecting Pluvo to Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Still unsure? Schedule a call, and we'll help you figure out what works best for your organization.
How do I translate a lesson module into another language?
In the learning journey, click the course module and choose Copy & translate under Actions. Choose the language and you can add context, for example which jargon to use, how formal the text should be, and which brand names should stay untranslated.
Pluvo creates a copy in that language and places it next to your original, which stays unchanged. Translating into more than 30 languages is included in the Complete plan. AI Translation Tool in the helpdesk walks you through the steps.
What is and isn't translated?
The following will be translated: text and content blocks, quiz questions and their answer options, feedback text, and section and lesson titles.
Images, videos, and other media files will not be translated. If there is text on screen or Dutch audio, you will need to replace that yourself. The full procedure can be found in AI Translation Tool.
How good is the machine translation?
Good enough to work with, but not good enough to publish blindly. Review the translation for technical terms and company-specific vocabulary before making it available to participants.
The clearer and simpler your Dutch source text, the better the result. Provide your terminology preferences when translating to reduce the need for post-editing. See AI Translation Tool.
How do I create a lesson module with AI?
Go to + New in the top right, select Lesson module, and click Start AI lesson module. Choose the language, describe what the module should cover, and set the number of lessons (1 to 10) and questions per lesson (1 to 4).
Within a few seconds, a module will be ready with a title, lessons containing text blocks, and quiz questions. From that point on, you can edit it yourself. See also the Pluvo Assistant in the help desk.
Do I need technical skills to create e-learning courses?
No. Pluvo's AI authoring tool generates a complete lesson module based on a document you upload. You customize the content, add questions, and publish. No technical skills required.
How do I get a usable lesson module from the AI?
It is almost entirely in your description. State the subject, who the module is intended for, the level (beginner or advanced), and where the focus should lie. The more concrete you are, the less rewriting you will have to do later.
What you get back is a starting point, not a finished product. Check the content for accuracy before publishing. If you want to set up an entire course instead of just one module, How do I build a course with an MCP connection will guide you through the entire process.
Can I enter confidential information into the AI tool?
No. Do not enter any personal data or confidential company information; processing is handled by OpenAI.
If you are working with sensitive material, build the module manually in the same authoring tool. The AI is a tool, not a mandatory path. See the Pluvo Assistant in the help center.
Can I create my own compliance e-learning courses?
Yes. With the AI authoring tool, you can quickly create compliance training from existing documents or policy papers. You can also purchase ready-made training courses via the Pluvo catalog, such as GDPR and integrity training.
Do I need an L&D department to work with Pluvo?
No. HR managers or directors build training courses themselves using the AI authoring tool — create a professional onboarding or compliance program in minutes, with no technical expertise required.
