Pluvo works with what you already use
Integrations with your HR system, single sign-on and your existing e-learning, plus a GraphQL API for custom work. Users and results flow automatically between your systems, so you never enter anything twice.

Why companies choose Pluvo integrations
Log in with the account employees already have, users that come across from your HR system, and a bridge to more than three thousand apps via Zapier.
Employees log in with their organisation account: Azure AD, Google Workspace, OpenID Connect or SAML. No passwords to remember, no duplicate work.
Your HR system (such as AFAS or Visma) talks to Pluvo. Data syncs automatically. New employee? Registered for onboarding training straight away.
Connect Pluvo to Slack, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce or your calendar. Automate without a single line of code.
GraphQL API for tailored integrations
Not every system has a ready-made integration. If your application isn't among them, your own IT team or your supplier builds the integration via Pluvo's GraphQL API. Writing data, retrieving it or triggering an action: you decide which data goes where and when. We help think through the setup, so your developer doesn't have to guess and the integration does what your workflow requires.

Your existing e-learning simply keeps working
You've been creating e-learning for years, or buying it from a supplier. You don't have to rebuild that material: drop your existing SCORM packages into Pluvo and they run there directly. If Pluvo sits alongside the learning platform of a school or training provider, you connect the two via LTI. What was already there keeps working, and you don't start with an empty environment.
Microsoft Teams directly in Pluvo
Your employees spend all day in Teams. A learning platform that sits alongside it is easily forgotten. With the Teams integration, reminders, discussions and group assignments show up in the environment where they already work. No more clicking back and forth between two screens, and you see in Pluvo what has been done. Learning no longer has to compete with the rest of their working day. Planning an on-site session? Book the meeting room at the same time, without leaving Pluvo.

Works together with the tools you already use
Pluvo integrates easily with other applications. Via Zapier you connect Pluvo to more than 3,000 applications, and for a tailored integration you use our API. If you work with an AI assistant yourself, you build your learning content via the Pluvo MCP from the environment you already use. Which integrations you need, we discuss during implementation.

What is the difference between an LMS and an LXP?
An LMS (Learning Management System) manages and assigns training, while tracking progress and certifications. An LXP (Learning Experience Platform) adds a personalized learning experience: content tailored to the employee, recommendations, social learning, self-direction, and insights into learning preferences. Pluvo combines both: streamlined management with an engaging learning experience.
