Integrations and handover
On the technical side, we set up integrations with your HR system, SSO so employees don't have to log in separately, and, if needed, automatic synchronisation of user data. Everything you need to fit Pluvo smoothly into your daily work processes.
After implementation, we hand over to your team and make sure everyone knows how it works. If something changes in your organisation later, we simply adjust the setup.

How does the Pluvo implementation process work?
We begin by inventorying your requirements and technical environment, using this to create an implementation plan. We then work together to configure the environment—setting up user groups, catalogs, and automated assignments—and handle the technical integrations.
Can the setup be adjusted later if our organization changes?
Yes. If anything changes within your organization later on, we can simply adjust the setup.
Can Pluvo integrate with our HR system and SSO?
Yes. Pluvo connects via API to AFAS, SAP, ADP, and other common HR systems, and supports SSO so employees don't need to log in separately. Employee data and role changes sync automatically: new employees appear in Pluvo, and departed employees are deactivated.
