Manage sessions and registrations in one place
From classroom training to online webinars: participants register themselves, and you keep the overview. Link learning content, record attendance and issue certificates, all in one platform.
Three types, one overview
Classroom, online or hybrid. You schedule the session, participants register and you keep the overview.
Create classroom sessions with a location and map view, online webinars with a direct link, or hybrid sessions that combine both. Participants choose how they take part.
Restrict registrations by role, level or department. Or set it up so a trainer or manager has to give approval before someone's registration is confirmed.
Set the maximum number of participants and a registration deadline. Turn on the waiting list, and anyone who registers after the maximum moves up as soon as a spot opens.
Link learning content directly to your session
When you create or edit a session, you link learning content as preparation or follow-up work. Registered participants automatically see that content in their own portfolio, so there's nothing to email around. That way, a blended programme is set up in one go: participants work through the theory online, arrive at the session prepared, and finish with a digital assessment or evaluation. Afterwards, you issue certificates to everyone who attended.

Record attendance and update calendars automatically
After the session, you mark attendance per participant. That record is immediately visible in the participant's profile and in the reports. A separate attendance list isn't needed. The Microsoft Teams integration takes care of the calendar work. For an online session, Pluvo automatically creates a Teams meeting and includes the link in the invitation. Registrations are processed in the participant's calendar. If you work with Microsoft, you book the meeting room for an in-person session directly from Pluvo.
All registrations in one central overview
For each session, you see who's registered and who attended. That means no more sending round participant lists or keeping a separate spreadsheet on the side. Whoever organises the session sees the current status, and whoever reports on it pulls attendance from the same source. No two records drifting apart.

Questions
Answers to what you want to know about our platform and implementation.
What types of meetings can I create in Pluvo?
In Pluvo, you can create three types of sessions: in-person (with a location), online (via a link or Microsoft Teams) and hybrid. For each type, you set your own capacity, registration deadline and registration options.
Does Pluvo work with Microsoft Teams for online meetings?
Yes. Pluvo integrates with Microsoft Teams. For an online meeting, a Teams meeting is automatically created. The link is included in the participant's invitation.
How do I link learning materials to a meeting?
When creating or editing a session, you add a learning journey, course module or e-learning as pre- or post-work. Registered participants automatically see this in their learning environment.
How do I register attendance for a meeting?
After the meeting, indicate the attendance status for each participant. This information is saved to the participant's profile and is visible in reports. Certificates are issued manually; automatic issuance is only available via a learning path.
Can I set a maximum number of participants?
Yes. You can set a capacity limit for each meeting. You can also enable a waiting list. Anyone who registers after the maximum has been reached will be added to the waiting list. If someone cancels, the first person on the waiting list will automatically move up.
How does blended learning work in Pluvo?
In Pluvo, you can combine blended learning by linking e-learning modules to meetings. Participants prepare online, attend a live session, and finish with a digital test or evaluation. Everything in one learning path.
