We needed a tool that could meet our needs for flexible and user-friendly learning experiences. Pluvo allows us to better structure learning activities. Thanks to Pluvo, we were able to develop a more flexible onboarding program with a mix of classroom learning, e-learning, and site visits.

How do you use Pluvo?

With Pluvo, we have developed a structured program for onboarding new employees. Previously, they had to navigate a confusing Excel document. Now, we offer an intensive four-week onboarding program, followed by a period where employees can learn and practice independently.
